Unarmed Security Officer
IRON Security provides professional unarmed security officers for commercial properties, offices, retail locations, residential communities, construction sites, and other facilities requiring a visible, dependable security presence.
Our officers are selected through a screening and onboarding process and receive training appropriate to their assigned posts. Each assignment is managed according to documented post orders, site procedures, and client requirements.
Services can include:
- Access control — Monitor entrances, verify authorized personnel, and help enforce visitor and access procedures.
- Reception and lobby security — Maintain a professional security presence while assisting with visitor management and building procedures.
- Patrols and site checks — Conduct scheduled or randomized checks of designated areas and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
- Visitor management — Record visitors, contractors, deliveries, and other authorized site activity according to site procedures.
- Incident reporting — Document incidents, observations, and security-related events for management review.
- Opening and closing procedures — Support designated opening, closing, and after-hours security procedures.
- Emergency response support — Follow established emergency procedures and promptly notify the appropriate personnel or emergency services when required.
- Shift reporting — Maintain accurate activity and incident records through the IRON Command platform.
Our officers are supervised and supported by IRON management, helping maintain consistent standards across every assigned post.
